We Act as a fiduciary in fee-based planning and investment advisory relationships, the “golden standard” of financial planning engagement.
You’ll receive
- Real estate cash flow analysis of personal & investment properties
- Review employer stock grants, including RSU options and schedules
- In depth review of employer retirement plans and annual benefit elections
- Meetings with the client’s CPA
- Including recommendations to multiple if no current relationship exists
- Estate planning & coordination with client’s estate planning attorney
- Including recommendations to multiple if no current relationship exists
- Cash flow management for 1099 individuals & business owners
- Business planning and setup
- Investment tax efficiency strategies
- Access to our network of tax and legal experts within Northwestern Mutual and our community recommendations
- Annual in-depth update of the financial plan
- Stress testing retirement plans with many possible scenarios
- Reviewing outside brokerage investments
- Minimum of 2 meetings scheduled (in advance) per year with priority bookings
- Annual in-depth update of the financial plan (or to adjust the plan)
- One to check in on overall goals/needs in the interim
- On demand meetings scheduled to discuss other needs as they arise
